My husband and I work extremely hard to provide a nice life for our family. There are times though, where the budget gets pretty tight. Going out to do extracurricular activities like movies and dinners is out of the question. I don’t want my kids to feel like they are missing out though, so I will often just rent a new movie and make a nice dinner at home.
When I came across this recipe on Recipe Lion I knew that it was going to become one of our new budget-friendly dinner nights in. I made it later that week, right before payday, with ingredients that we already had in the house so that was nice.
The kids were a little unsure of it at first, until they took a bite. Then, I couldn’t get it to their plates fast enough for seconds and even third helpings. This is one of those recipes that we are going to keep right near the front of the pile. I can see it coming out a lot in the future.

Is there a print here somewhere that I’m missing? By the way, I love the recipes!
