Vegetable Cream Cheese Whipped To Tasty Perfection!

The first time I heard of vegetable cream cheese was when we were all hanging out at Ernie’s. Ernie’s a busy guy. He’s juggling three jobs all at the same time and he’s good at them all. I actually don’t know how in the world he is still able to keep sane. He starts to work early and works until the wee hours of the morning. Anyway, during one of his breaks, we finally went to invade his home. It was an imprompt visit. We just wanted to see how he was then we would go on our way to someone else’s house. However, Ernie seemed glad to see us all and invited us to hang out for a while.

This guy really needed to go to the grocery. He’s worse than me. The only thing we managed to find in his cupboards was a sealed container that contained some kind of salad, which we later knew as vegetable cream cheese.

There were also a few crackers in his cupboard so we took that out too. I have to say the vegetable cream cheese was truly delicious despite it being quite spicy. It’s creamy and very tasty.

He said he always stocked containers of this concoction in his fridge because it’s his emergency food. I found a similar recipe over at Food.com. This one is a bit creamier though and a bit more flavorful. I hope you will love it as much as I do!

Quick Tip: You can put more hot pepper sauce if you want it spicy.
