Peanut butter and chocolate brownies are what makes me eat my Brussels sprouts.
Actually, I eat those tiny little cabbages anyway because I love them. However, if my mother told me I had to eat a whole pot of those Brussels sprouts before I could have any of these brownies I would with a smile on my face. Shoot, I’d even drink the water they were boiled in. I’ve never tasted such excellent tasting brownies in all of my life. The masterminds over at the Chin Deep Blog did a really nice job on this recipe.
