You only need five simple ingredients to make this pie, however you can add some whipped topping and banana chips on top before serving, if you’d like.
And for garnish, try sprinkling some cinnamon on top! Or maybe your favorite streusel – there are so many options! Sometimes I add cherries on top as well, mainly because I love how they bring in more color. My family loves this pie and I’m sure yours will, too!
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups McArthur milk
1/2 tsp banana extract
1 package (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
2 medium bananas, sliced
1 prepared graham cracker crust (6 ounces)
2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping, optional
banana chips, optional
Instructions:
Mix milk and extract in medium bowl. Add pudding mix; beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
Arrange banana slices in bottom of crust. Pour pudding mixture over bananas.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped topping and banana chips just before serving. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

Quick tip: Don’t like frozen whipped topping? Use homemade whipped cream or omit completely.
