You’re Going To Taco’bout This Soup All Week Long!

Lately I’ve been making a lot of taco-flavored dishes. I don’t exactly know why – maybe my mind is trying to tell me it’s time to take a trip to Mexico! I wouldn’t mind that, but right now it’s just not an option for me. Instead, I’m trying to fill the void with everything taco. That’s why I was so excited when I came across this taco soup recipe. And you know what? It’s made in your slow cooker!

Slow cooker recipes are such lifesavers! They are so easy to prepare that sometimes I even let my oldest do that for me. She’s always so excited to tell everyone how she made dinner on her own!

This was one of those times. We had some leftover chicken so she didn’t need to cook it. The rest of the recipe is so easy, anyone could do it! And the result is amazing.
