When it comes to holiday dinners I tend to go all out.
I usually have the big entree, which is typically a turkey or ham, dozens of sides, tons of desserts, and a plethora of appetizers. This year, I think I’ll be making enough food to feed an entire army. I love having leftovers to send home with people as well as being to able to munch on stuff for the next week. This year, my menu will include cranberry glazed meatballs because they are amazing little balls of meat that have been soaked in cranberry sauce. Yum!
These meatballs will be a hit at any gathering! The cranberry glaze is super easy to prepare…a just the right amount of sweet! I am preparing for my guests to be bombarding me for the recipe of these meatballs because I know my friends and family are going to love them.
You can serve these meatballs as a meal and eat them over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes or you can serve them as an appetizer with toothpicks so guests can easily pick them up. Enjoy!

Quick Tip: I like to add a few drops of liquid smoke to the mix for a more robust flavor.
