I love hosting Super Bowl parties. Ever since I can remember, we have always watched the Super Bowl with friends and family. More often than not, it is not our home team that is playing, but we still find an excuse to make it into a big event. We take loads of pictures, all buy t-shirts for whoever we are rooting for, have caps, socks, bandanas, and signs that all display the team we are rooting for and we get out there and have a great time. My parents have a huge yard, so we always played a game of football, too at some point throughout the day.
Fast forward a few years and now I am married to a football loving husband. He does not care if the team is not his home team, he wants to watch the game. That is so awesome because my family and I follow the same ideas.
So, with that, we get together now at my house and host the party. With that, comes lots of food. I have so many food ideas for this year, but this recipe for enchilada cups are high up on my list because I know they will be a hit!
