I’ve never really done a whole lot with country ribs.
One, because I don’t know the proper way to cook them…and two, because they always seem to turn out too dry and flavorless when I do take a crack at them. My husband always orders ribs when we go out to eat so I was bound and determined to figure these things out. I found this recipe and figured…what’s the worst that could happen?
It’s pretty hard to screw something up if it’s done in a slow cooker making it seem like this recipe was made for me. It was a huge success. These ribs practically fell right off the bone they were so tender.
The sauce complimented the meat perfectly making each bite a little bit of heaven. My husband ate the majority of them, and when they were gone, he was looking for more. Next time I will have to double up on the recipe. I’m sure there is plenty that can be done with the leftovers they are so good!
