German potato salad is chunky, yet still a bit creamy. It has lots of flavors involved and is served nicely as a potato salad on its own, or with a side of turkey or chicken. I normally see this at a birthday party as an appetizer, but my family loves it so much, we serve it as a main dish at home with some protein. However you prefer to serve it, this is an easy, different and delicious dish you will love!
