I have always had a fascination with Germany. I think it all began when I was studying to be a musician. I was fascinated with anything that had to do with Mozart, Beethoven or Bach. I played the piano religiously, every single day of my life, and always had a new piece ready to play. I was so fond of anything that had to do with music history, I mean, that was my favorite class! After taking every music history class available to me, I knew I had to do more.
However, I was too young to travel, so I decided to look up all I could on the history of Germany and how it would work. After many a long night researching more stuff and becoming more knowledgeable in the land of those who created beautiful music I discovered one thing: GERMAN FOOD.
They have amazing breads, desserts, and chicken. I mean, my favorite dessert subject (apples) are in just about every kind. Their breads are fluffy and their butters totally delicious and natural. Oh gosh, I knew I had hit the jackpot when I found a German recipe book online. This right here my friends, is the best recipe of them all!
