This Family Favorite Just Got Even Tastier!

I absolutely love meatloaf. Oh my goodness, I think it is the one meal I used to positively love when I was little. I was always a picky eater and gave my mom a super hard time when it came to meals and everything that had to do with meat and protein.  I only liked chicken (well, some recipes) and that was it.  Every now and then I would surprise her and chow down half a salmon, but that was rare.

My only real meal in the day was lunch and it was usually some chicken with rice and half a banana. It was my absolute favorite! But back to meatloaf.  Besides my obsession with chicken, I positively loved meatloaf.

It was always so juicy and full of flavor and my mom would switch up the flavors to put new things into it.  I remember the time she hid a hard boiled egg inside the meatloaf and surprised me when she cut right through that.

Then the last time she made it, she did a roll up type.  She put sliced cheese in it, rolled up the meat, baked it and then there was an amazing dinner on the table!
