This recipe will have you singing its praises!
I can’t think of a tastier way to make pork chops than throwing them on the grill, but only after I’ve rubbed them with this totally delicious spice blend! If you thought you need a marinade to make them really yummy, think again! The aromas from these alone are enough to make your mouth water, and you won’t make a mess since this is a dry rub. All you need to worry about is if you have enough pork chops for seconds!
I think dry rubs are awesome because you can prepare them ahead, so that you’ll always have a mixture ready for the next BBQ. You can also adjust the amount of different spices to your taste.
Add a bunch of your favorite grilled veggies on the side and you’ll get a hearty meal your whole family will love. Or just serve with a fresh, green salad – these pork chops will taste amazing with pretty much anything!
I like to add a little extra garlic powder because we really like the flavor. If you’re not a fan of some of the spices mentioned here, just omit them and increase the amount of your favorite ones.

Quick tip: Choose rib chops – the higher fat content helps keep them moist.
Try baking them, they will all fit on one cookie sheet. They sound yummy. A friend has me making hers lately, for the sauce, combine a half jar of salsa, a half jar of sauerkraut and a can of whole berry cranberry sauce – to die for, seriously. Put the baked meatballs in the crockpot, add the sauce for a few hours and you will love these…
