Christmastime is the season of gingerbread baking!

I don’t know about you guys and gals but I love me some gingerbread. I especially love baking this type of bread during the holidays. What typically happens is I’ll bake about 10 loaves (no joke!) and give them away to friends and family. It’s fun and makes them smile.
