I remember the first time I tasted spinach artichoke dip. It was during my job as a marketing associate in that real estate firm. We met with a joint venture partner and he was at his favorite restaurant. The restaurant served salads, pizzas, and pastas. We didn’t want to order anything because that wasn’t what we came there for, but since he was the host, he ordered for us. I have to admit that I’m not a fan of dips.
If I like it, I will dip anything on it, but it’s also fine if I didn’t get to dip the food in anything. For example, mozzarella sticks are good with pesto and salsa dips. But it’s fine with me if I just eat the mozzarella without the dips.
The spinach artichoke dip was served with colorful nachos. At first, I was only eating the nachos until I got curious because everyone seemed to be enjoying the dip. I’m glad I did! Because if I didn’t, I wouldn’t have discovered this amazing dip that’s now one of my favorite things to dip my food into.
It’s just so creamy and yummy and cheesy and I just want to eat it all the time now even without the bread or the nachos. Yup! I became obsessed with it. I remembered not wanting to go home because of that. But of course I kept that thought to myself. This recipe that I am about to share with you tastes really heavenly! You will definitely enjoy dipping your food on this.
