I have the picky kids at my house. My sister got lucky. I don’t know how, but her kids will eat anything. Mine…not so much. So, when I find something that they like, then I try and keep it near and dear to me…especially when it’s something that I like too! We are all huge fans of tacos. So much so, that we usually have them at least once a week. If we miss a day, my kids know and they won’t let me forget. I like tacos too, but they can get kind of messy…especially with a one and a half year old trying to figure it out.
That’s why, when I discovered these taco melts on Group Recipes, I was stoked to say the least. We could enjoy that amazing taco flavor we loved some much, and it was all packed into a nice pocket so there was little to no mess!
I was a little worried when I handed them over to my little ones, but they both gobbled them right up and went back for more. This is a new way to eat tacos that can be rotated in with our traditional method now…that’s exciting.
