The first time that I made this it was just for me and my husband and it was the perfect amount. There was just enough to fill us both up. Now that we have kids in the house, I usually have to make a few of them to make sure everyone gets their fill. It is nice to make them individually, because each person can decide how they want to top it. It keeps the complaints out of the kitchen! Whenever you need to toss something together last minute..this is the meal for you!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 pkt Old El Paso taco seasoning
1 can Hunt’s diced tomato, do not drain
1 cup Kraft shredded cheese
salsa
lettuce
sour cream
guacamole
4 tortillas
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350.
Prepare hamburger, seasoning. Add diced tomato into the hamburger mixture.
Layer hamburger mixture on top of one tortilla, repeat til you last tortillas.
Layer top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 10-15 mins.
Remove from oven. Cut it into 4 slices. Top with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Sourcream, Guacamole, Salsa, etc. with your fave topping of your choice
