Sweet Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie With Buttery Crumble Topping

One of the things I remember the most about my dear Grandma Lila was her ability to cook and bake.

She was always making yummy treats for us kids and company to snack on. Quite often, I’d eat at home and then walk over to grandma’s house and eat again! It’s just how it was. Grandma would typically make wonderful strawberry-rhubarb pies and compotes. There was just something insanely satisfying about grandma’s pies, especially her fruit ones. I learned from my grandma how to make my own pies and goodies and I’ll be forever thankful for that.

I came across this easy-to-make strawberry rhubarb pie. I think the picture is what won me over and inspired me to gather my handful of ingredients and make this pie of deliciousness.

Anyone can make this pie (even you!) as it is not hard to accomplish in the least. It is economically sound and only requires few ingredients. if you have your own strawberry and rhubarb plants the cost goes down even lower. Fantastic!
