If there’s one thing in my house we eat a lot of, it’s chicken.
It’s affordable, easy to make, and pretty versatile. So, it isn’t uncommon to see the main entree on our plates two or three times a week. Luckily, my family likes the food so they never complain when I make it. I always try to mix it up a bit though. When I found a recipe for bacon wrapped chicken on my friend’s website, I figured we couldn’t go wrong.
Who doesn’t love bacon? And we’re already eating chicken anyways so it was worth a shot. It was extremely easy to make this, and it cooked up nice and crisp. When I put it out for my family, their eyes lit right up.
I was worried I wasn’t going to have enough to satisfy everyone! This was a really good way to jazz up our chicken and my husband asked that I make it a regular menu item. There’s no problem on my end with doing that. It’s delicious!
