You don’t need to go on a camping trip or even have a bonfire to enjoy s’mores. This can be done inside your home and all you ever need to do is gather the ingredients! Serve this to your friends and I’m sure they will clear out the pan in a few minutes. For me, watermelon is probably the best way to cool off during summer days. I do love my citrus. Everyone knows how much I love my lemons. But watermelon has that slight advantage that just makes everything twice as refreshing. This watermelon pie, even if it’s creamy, is actually one refreshing dessert that you will crave for!

Ingredients
1 package (3 ounces) Jell-o watermelon gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
1 carton (12 ounces) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cups cubed seeded watermelon
1 Pillsbury graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Instructions
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool to room temperature. Whisk in whipped topping; fold in watermelon. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
