I’ll admit, I was never too crazy about the idea of making stuffed pasta shells. Although they always sounded delicious! There was just something about individually filling each piece of pasta that didn’t sound like a whole lot of fun to me. I never had stuffed pasta shells either until we had a lunch catered to us from the local Italian restaurant. When they brought them out I figured now’s the time to see what all the hype is about.
They were even better than I had ever imagined! I ate about five shells, along with all my other food! They were so good.
I immediately took to the web when I got home to find a recipe. I located this one on All Recipes and it seemed fairly easy. Thankfully, it was.
I slapped these together one night for dinner and my family and I ate the entire pan. It was cheap to make and not as much work as I expected. I’ll be doing these again!
