Last week at a church potluck I was given the pleasure of eating an apple pie cake. Yes, I said “cake”. This cake was amazing! I can’t really describe it but it was like a pie and cake got married and had a baby. The dessert contained both the elements of apple pie and of a moist and decadent cake. For the life of me, I could not figure out who made it and nobody else seemed to know either! I’m convinced an angel dropped this heavenly dessert off.
This cake is really easy to make and it tastes great. You and your loved ones will gobble it up like nobody’s business 🙂
