When it comes to chicken I’m typically an old-school kind of gal.
I like southern fried chicken, boiled chicken, and chicken on the grill. However, back in my younger days, I had a chance to give peanut chicken a try at a Thai restaurant and boy oh boy was it ever good! I remember totally overindulging on the food and not caring in the least. The recipe on the next page is easy to follow and combines some simple ingredients with some exotic ones.
This particular recipe goes well with noodles or rice but feel free to serve any sides that you see fit with it. Steamed broccoli goes well, too.
