For years, cheesecake has been one of my all-time favorite cakes. I love its decadence and texture. I could go on and on about lovely cheesecake but I don’t want to bore the lot of you so I’ll just get on with the recipe. So, today we will be making a delightful orange and cranberry cheesecake that is perfect for those upcoming holiday parties. Seriously, you won’t be able to eat enough of this stuff. And get this? The cake is insanely easy to make! I know you wouldn’t think so by the looks of the picture but trust me, it is.
Your friends and family will think that you spent all day hunched over a hot oven with this one! All of my friends wanted to know the recipe when I served this delicious cake at our annual church Christmas party last year.
It was truly one of the most popular desserts on the table.

Quick Tip: If using homemade whipped cream, I use 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream and 3/4 cup powdered sugar to replace the Cool Whip.
