Spaghetti, Spaghetti, Baked In A Pie!

Growing up with five brothers and sisters, we ate a lot of spaghetti. When I say a lot, I mean like at least once a week, sometimes even more. I got so tired of it back then, as did my siblings, we would always complain when Mom put it on the table. We couldn’t understand why we had to have it so much. Now that I have my own family of five to feed, I understand the draw. It’s super simple, quick, and extremely affordable.

Even if you make a huge pot, you aren’t spending more than ten bucks or so for a big meal. Now that I get to do the cooking for my family, I was looking for a way to twist up this traditional dish. That’s when I came upon spaghetti pie on Recipe Lion. “Well that looks interesting…” is what I thought out loud.

I didn’t hesitate to make it the next time spaghetti was on the menu. It went together really easily and it was still just as affordable.

When I set it in front of my family, they were excited to see something besides the traditional pot. It went quickly and everyone just loved it. Now I make it all the time.
