This Southern Stir-Fry Is Definitely A Weekend Must Try

I’m in love with Stir-fry. There’s this Asian restaurant downtown that offers the most flavorful beef and broccoli stir-fry. It’s a few blocks away and whenever I crave for its taste, I go there, satsify my cravings, and order take out for home. I love the way they cook the beef and the vegetables. The beef is tasty, flavorful, and soft but not soggy, with that salty-sweet taste of oyster sauce. The broccoli florets are crunchy and not overcooked.

The dish is always topped on piping hot rice or garlic rice. Yum! One of my friends who loves stir-fry found a recipe that combines Asian flavors with Southern flavors that will just blow your taste buds away.

When she cooked it for me, I was attacked by a delicious yet mild smell coming from it. When she made me try it and I finally tasted it, I found it really really good. It tastes just right, catered more to suit the tastes of the locals.

Yet it still has that Asian flavor that enhances the dish more. She shared with me the site where she found the recipe and I’m sharing it with you now.
