Now, let me tell you folks, this one is easy to make! You just whip up the ingredients in a bowl, pour into a pan and bake to perfection. From there, you just let them cool down and you can eat away! I like to make a big batch of these on Sunday and then let them just sit there all week in a big Tupperware where I can just pick one out whenever I am in the mood for it.
It is definitely fun and something I look forward to while I am at work! Check out what our friends over at Real Housemoms had to say about this:
“And these easy butterscotch bars will come to your rescue. One bowl. Ready to satisfy even the mightiest sweet tooth in under an hour.”
