It is amazing how much time and stress cooking in your Crock-Pot can save you. This Salisbury steak is no exception! I’ve made this yummy meal for my family plenty of times and each time they rave about how amazing it tastes. I love the fact that you can set it and forget! Slow cooker cooking is the bomb! Even my picky eater kids loved this Salisbury steak and that really is saying something!

My husband told me I should make this meal at least once every month.

I know that you will love this entree. I hope that you give it a try and let me know how you like it in the comments!

Ingredients

2 lb lean ground beef

1 pkg Lipton dry onion soup mix

1/2 c Italian bread crumbs

1/4 c TruMoo milk

1/4 c all Gold Medal purpose flour

2 Tbsp Wesson vegetable oil

2 can(s) Campbell’s cream of chicken soup (10.75oz)

1 pkg McCormick au jus mix

3/4 c water

Instructions
Mix together the ground beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and milk using your hands. Shape into 4 patties.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dredge the patties in flour just to coat, and quickly brown on both sides in the hot skillet.
Place browned patties into the slow cooker stacking alternately like a pyramid. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, au jus mix, and water. Pour over the meat. Cook on the Low setting for 4 or 5 hours, until ground beef is well done.
