It’s that time of year again….pickle season!
Man oh man, I don’t know what I was thinking but I managed to plant 22 pickle plants! How an earth that happened I’ll never know. Perhaps I bought pickle plants when I thought I was buying something else. who knows! Oh well, I am glad I have so many pickling cucumbers on hand because I’m going to make these world famous freezer pickles that I came across over on Ann’s EEntitledLife website. They look delicious!
For the most part, I’ve always canned my pickles in jars on the stove top using the water bath method. I am thrilled to have come across this freezer way of doing things because it cuts down on the labor, immensely!
