It doesn’t matter what season it is or what time of the day… cinnamon rolls always sound good. They are common in our house during the weekend… but they usually come out of a can that scares the daylights out of me when it pops open. They started to taste pretty bland, to the point where my kids were passing them up for their regular cereal breakfast. That’s when I knew I had to do something to bring the cinnamon roll bake.
I discovered this stuffed cinnamon roll casserole bake on Recipe Lion. Besides the fact it looked better than any recipe for cinnamon rolls I had ever seen, it also looked pretty simple. I decided that I was going to make this the very next weekend.
Needless to say, the pan got cleaned right up. There were a few left after breakfast because they were so filing, but they had been eaten up by mid-afternoon.
I am going to be making these a lot in the future I can just tell.
