Why Not Arrange a 5 O’Clock Tea Party?
My husband and I are dying to take a trip to London. We absolutely adore traveling to see new cultures and experience something different than are usual, day to day Miami life. We have traveled to Europe once before for our honeymoon which was a little under two years ago, and well, we loved it so much, we want to go back and experience more, hence our idea of London for our two-year anniversary trip.
The Europeans enjoy life so much more than the Americans do. Their life is slower paced and they enjoy each and every day. They have nap times even on weekdays and shops and supermarkets close early for business owners to be home with their families for dinner.
It is just something so amazing and different than what we have here that makes us so drawn and attracted to it. I think one of our favorite parts was when we heard that the British take some time off in the middle of the day to enjoy tea time. Whether that means closing the shop for ten minutes, or walking back home, they make time to relax with a cup of tea and maybe a cookie or scone.
