There is always that moment when you just want something savory, but you don’t want the hassle that comes with having one for dinner. I always crave for something savory whenever I am stressed because I feel like I need to replenish the energy I lost because of overthinking the whole day. Whenever that happens and I am super tired to even pass by the grocery store on my way home from a client, I settle with a simple meat dish such as a roast pork tenderloin.
This recipe that I found over at All Recipes shows us how to make a simple roast pork tenderloin that not only tastes great but also easy to make. You just have about four ingredients and you don’t need to do a lot of preparation either.
All you need to do is season the pork tenderloin a little bit, place it into a pan, and put it straight into the oven. You will have your juicy roast pork in no time. I love eating it with a cup of warm white rice or mashed potatoes with a bit of gravy. Sometimes I love including vegetables too, steamed ones, because they taste good with roast pork too.
