After I tasted these, I knew I had to make them at home. When I discovered they were only three ingredients, I knew that was something I would be able to handle. They were just as tasty when I made them from what I remembered. I threw together a batch of them the last time my boyfriend came over for movie night. He really enjoyed them too. I didn’t even tell him that they were figure friendly. It’s nice to have something like this to munch on instead of sweets all the time! This is probably the easiest appetizer that I have ever made. The greatest thing is, they look super fancy!
Ingredients
12 Fresh Mushrooms
⅓ Cup Chi-Chi’s Salsa (Mild, Medium or Hot)
½ Cup Kraft Cheese Shredded (cheddar or other cheese)
Instructions
Clean mushrooms thoroughly using a mushroom brush
Remove stems and discard
Fill mushrooms with (approx. ½ tbs) Salsa
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes
