Cabbage rolls are one of my most favorite dishes. I usually leave the prep and cooking of them to someone else though. My mom and grandma probably make the best cabbage rolls I have ever tasted. When I tried to make them myself, they always tasted okay, but they just turned out sloppy. I simply don’t have the time to spend in the kitchen putting them all together.
With three kids under the age of 7, you can imagine how much productivity I have on a normal day. That’s when I thought, there has to be an easier way to get the same taste. When searching Recipe Lion, I came across this recipe for cabbage roll soup.
Now we are talking! (Seeings as mine usually looked like soup anyways.) There were three things I was excited about…1. It was done in 30 minutes, 2. It was cheap, and 3. The flavor of a cabbage roll without the struggle.
That’s what we had when this was served in just a half hour’s time. A recipe like this is worth holding on to! You’ll have to try it out for yourself…

Quick Tip: You can also do this in a slow cooker if you have time to let it sit all day.
