I cannot begin to tell you how in-love I am with this delicious recipe! First of all, it’s super simple to put together. And it tastes so good you just want to lick your plate clean!
My whole family loved these pork chops, especially my husband. He said it was a very hearty meal that he hopes I will make again and again. Wow! What a nice compliment! My little girl can be a very picky eater at times and even she was impressed by this meal. I think it is safe to say that this 4-ingredient masterpiece is a keeper!
Ingredients
boneless pork chops
10 tsp Daisy sour cream (low fat, if you’d like)
seasoning salt
2 cups Kraft shredded cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray an oven pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper for an easy cleanup.
Add the pork chops in the pan and sprinkle with your favorite seasoning. Smother with 1 tsp sour cream per pork chop.
Add enough shredded cheese to cover the top. Bake in the preheated oven, adjusting the cooking time to the thickness of the meat. Thin pork chops; about 15 minutes. Inch and a half of chop; about 35 – 40 minutes.
