I love my friends dearly, but ever since my husband and I bought our first home, it seems like our place is their landing pad. They drop by all the time. Now, me personally, I say the more the merrier. I don’t care who comes over when, but a little bit of notice would be nice. It doesn’t help that we live right in the center of town so everyone drives by all the time…”I don’t want to just drive by without stopping in.”
We hear that all the time. My husband would be okay with the drive by, but he is always very welcoming to our guests. I know eventually, all of this will die down and we will be begging people to come and hang out with us.
So, for now, I try to make the most of it. I always keep the ingredients on hand to make this pizza dip to feed our visitors. It always goes over really well, and it keeps everyone from raiding our fridge and cupboards.
Usually when the dip is gone, they all head out too so that helps to shorten up the time they hang out. It’s a win-win!
