Pizza For Breakfast…That’s What I’m Talkin’ About!

Not only is this recipe delicious, it is also super quick and easy to make. It is so fast to throw together, I can make this on a busy weekday morning with just twenty minutes of time. If I plan to make this before work and school, I just make sure to prep my crust and ingredients the night before. Then, in the morning, I assemble it all and toss it in the oven. I can then go get ready for the day and when I’m done and the kids are at the table, this is coming hot out of the oven. Yum! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Recipe Lion:

Ingredients

Pillsbury pizza dough

1 cup Kraft mozzarella cheese

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1 tomato, chopped in small pieces

4 slices of Oscar Mayer bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces

4 eggs

chives and parsley for garnish

 

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 500° F / 260° C.

Spray the pizza baking dish with cooking spray.

Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the pizza baking dish.

Arrange the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough. Add the Parmesan cheese.

Add the bacon and tomatoes to the pizza, making sure they’re spread evenly over the pizza.

Crack 4 eggs on the pizza and bake for 10 minutes.

Garnish with chives and parsley.
