Summer BBQ season is always my favorite season of the year. I love being outside with my friends and family, enjoying the hot sun and long nights. Whenever I get asked to bring a dish to pass, I don’t hesitate to whip this yummy dish together. I even save a little dish of it for myself in the fridge at home so I know I’ll get leftovers!
A little bit salty, a little bit sweet…this salad is incredible!
Ingredients
8 oz macaroni, cooked
4 boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
1/2 c chopped onion
4 large Vlasic sweet pickles, chopped
1 c pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
1 c Miracle Whip
2 Tbsp Heinz yellow mustard
2 tsp dill weed
4 Tbsp sweet pickle juice
Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over macaroni.
Toss. Chill 1 hour.
