My daughter’s favorite meal growing up was always sloppy joes. I have some of the funniest pictures of her when she was just a toddler trying to master the art of eating one of these sloppy sandwiches. When she saw that’s what we were having for her party, she was so excited. She was even more so knowing that Mom had made them homemade from the kitchen. She now calls me all the time from college telling me how much she misses eating meals from home. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Spend With Pennies:
“Nothing beats a good sloppy joe for dinner! I love them in the crock pot!”

Quick Tip: If you have picky little ones, dice up the veggies super small and they won’t even notice they are in there.
