My youngest daughter was finally graduating from high school last summer. After having three other kids go through the process already, by this point, I was a pro at putting on the graduation celebration for all of our friends and family. Usually, I would get a catering company to come over and provide the food, but by this point, I was confident that I could handle it all, including the food. After shopping for all the decorations and sending out all the invitations, I got to work on the menu.
I discovered this recipe for sloppy joes on Spend with Pennies and knew it was just what I was looking for. Affordable, tasty, and super easy. I made it first in a small batch just for those of us at home to make sure it was good, and it was amazing.
So simple to put together and the flavor was great. When the time came to get ready for the party, I made this the day before. When it was time to start getting ready, all I had to do was plug this in and set out some buns. By the time our guests arrived, we were ready to eat!
