We don’t eat much for desserts at my house. When it comes to baking cakes, pies, and other sweets, let’s just say I’m not the best in the kitchen. I can however whip up a nice casserole or stew…but that’s beside the point. My kids wish I would bake more, but I just don’t have the knack for it. One day, they were having some friends over after school, so I wanted to surprise them with a yummy treat.
That’s when I cam across this recipe on Mom & Wife. It looked simple enough, and lucky for me, I had all the ingredients to make it in the kitchen already. I got to work right away and they were done up in no time.
Surprisingly, I actually got these to turn out perfectly! All the kids loved them, and so did I! My husband loves peanut butter so these were right up his alley too.
This is a sweet recipe that I’ll be making and sharing again and again.
