Have you guys ever heard of adding BBQ sauce to your pasta dishes? Me neither! When I first came across this recipe I thought it was crazy. I mean, I can understand adding the BBQ sauce to the chicken but to pasta? Weird! Well, folks, let me tell you, I am so glad that I took the plunge and made this casserole because it turned out excellently. Even my picky eater kids ate it with gusto. Now that’s something right there!
My husband asked me if I could pack up the leftovers for him to take to work and sadly I had to tell him that I could not because there weren’t any! I guess that’s a good thing, right?
