One Simple Ingredient Totally Turns The Tables On Your Ham Recipe

It really doesn’t get any easier than this! You only need a few simple ingredients – some of which you’ll probably already have in your pantry. Just make sure you settle the score with yourself and your family members on which brand of cola to use. I know some people can get pretty fussy about these things haha!

Of course, if you prefer Pepsi over Coke, it’ll do fine in this recipe, too!

Ingredients
4-10 lb ham, bone in preferred
1 bottle Coca Cola (20 oz)
1 c orange juice
1 c orange marmalade
1 c Domino brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c honey mustard

Instructions:
Whisk together all ingredients except ham.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Poke several holes in ham with a large knife. Place ham cut side down on a rack in a roasting pan.
Pour Coca Cola mixture over ham.
Cover tightly with a lid or aluminum foil and roast for 20 minutes per pound of ham. Baste ham with pan sauce every 30 minutes.
Halfway through baking time, reduce heat to 325 and remove cover. Continue to baste every 30 minutes until done.
Remove from oven and baste with pan sauce. LET SIT for 15-20 minutes. Slice and serve.
