My youngest son recently told me this is his favorite lunch sandwich and his best friend’s, too.
Apparently my son had shared his sandwich so that his buddy could have a taste, too! So sweet! I think I’m going to make these for the next sleepover, so that everyone can fill their bellies with these awesome flavors. Ingredients
Olive oil 1-2 tbs
Chicken (cubes) 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper few pinches or to taste
White pepper few pinches or to taste
Olive oil 1-2 tbs
Onion 1 (chopped)
Mushrooms ½ cup (canned or fresh)
Salt to taste
Garlic 1 tsp (optional)
Black pepper few pinches or to taste
Butter 1 tbs
Bread 4 slices
Mozzarella cheese 4 slices
Instructions:
In frying pan, add olive oil and chicken (cubes), sauté until chicken color changes to white.
Add salt, black pepper, white pepper and give it a good mix, dish out and set aside.
In the same frying pan, add olive oil and onion, mix well.
Now add mushrooms,salt,garlic,black pepper and give it a good mix.
Add butter,mix well,dish out and set aside.
Spread butter on bread slices and grill them.
Place mozzarella cheese over the grilled bread slice, add mushroom mixture and stir fried chicken cubes.
Place another cheese slice and top with another slice to make sandwich.
Chicken cheese mushroom sandwich is ready, serve with ketchup.
