Banana pudding. What dreams are made of. Okay, maybe I am exaggerating a bit, but banana pudding is such a wonderful treat, I cannot help but rave about it. When my kids were little, there were so many times where nothing would quiet them from crying. I mean, when you have three little kids all a year apart, when one cries, so do the rest. If it was crying time, I was stressed!
So I knew I had to create some sort of treat that would calm them down, and almost even bribe them to stop crying. Well, I decided to go with banana pudding. Banana pudding was so easy to make and the kids absolutely loved it.
Creamy, luscious and totally delicious, I totally understand why they loved it. It had all the flavors kids love with nothing that had to be bitten (although in my own banana pudding, I did add NIlla wafers and banana chunks).
This was the only thing I ever figured out that would keep all three of them quiet at the same time. It was the perfect treat, and a wonderful break for me. Once they were all hushed, I would sit down and eat a bowl, too, cause why not?
