If there is one thing that my daughter got from me, it’s her love for spicy foods. My wife can’t stand them, so I can’t get what I want most of the time. After all, she’s in charge of the cooking. Sometimes I can sprinkle some hot sauce on stuff to give it a nicer flavor, but that doesn’t always work out so well. I remember the first day my daughter added hot sauce to her taco. I was afraid she was going to freak out and burn her mouth. She was only about five years old and pretty new to the spice game. Much to my surprise, she really enjoyed it.
So, when I found this recipe for cauliflower bites and sriracha sauce a few years later, I couldn’t wait to make them with her. She was pretty good in the kitchen, just like her mom, so I let her do most of the work. She did a fantastic job.
They turned out great, and super spicy, just like we like them. The one nice thing about nobody liking the food we do is, we don’t have to share! We gobbled up this whole dish between the two of us super fast! Yummy!
