Whenever the holidays roll around, people start talking about their favorite dishes. The majority are all about the meat and potatoes, but not me…I love green bean casserole! I could eat the whole dish and still want more. That’s probably because that’s usually the only time the amazing side is usually served. Well, that doesn’t have to be the case anymore. I have started making this yummy recipe at home about once a month.
Everyone around my dinner table loves green beans…and with little ones, it’s hard to find a vegetable that they like at all! Now, I can dress it up even more for them with this Creamy Green Bean Casserole. Not everyone prefers the mushrooms, but the food is so good that they are willing to pick around it.
I love that I can now enjoy one of my classic favorites whenever I want. I still look forward to it during the holidays, and often when asked to bring a dish to pass, this is the one I choose. It’s easy, quick, and affordable, and everyone loves it!
