Monday nights are really busy at our house usually. Well, it might not be any busier than any other day of the week, it just seems that way because it’s the beginning of the week I think. We have to start back up with school, work, practices, and all the other daily activities of life. By the end of the night, after everyone is off in bed, me and my husband like to kick back, relax, watch our favorite television programs, and munch on a little snack. When I found this recipe for mozzarella nuggets on Group Recipes I instantly knew this was going to be one of our new favorites.
It only required a few ingredients, and after preparing, they would be ready to eat in just a couple of minutes! That sounded perfect. I put them together a few weeks ago and they were even better than what I thought they were going to be.
When I brought these out to the living room my husband couldn’t stop staring at them. “Where did you buy those from?” “I made them dear…” We at the whole plate and feel asleep wrapped up under our blanket exhausted from the day. That was definitely the perfect ending.
