I like to make and serve these mini meatballs during my husband’s annual Super Bowl party. They are a quick and easy finger food and the guys love them. Shoot, everyone loves them! I always triple this recipe for parties. yes, you read that right, not double but TRIPLE as these mini meatballs go super fast. One of the things my kids like to do with them is to dip them in BBQ sauce. I prefer honey mustard, myself.
You can place all the cooked meatballs into a bowl and let people pick them out with toothpicks or you can put them on a plate with the toothpicks already inserted,

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl or mixer, thoroughly mix the beef, pork, breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, eggs, garlic, onion and some salt and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Shape into meatballs and place on a foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake 30 minutes for medium or 25 minutes for bite-size. Stick toothpicks in the finished meatballs to serve as an appetizer.
