Appetizers are my thing. I love new appetizers that are original and something that people would not make for themselves, take to parties themselves or have tried elsewhere. I always try to find something original, interesting, with great taste and usually prefer it to be bite sized where you can pick one up for yourself. I think it makes them cuter and more fun.
I so enjoy seeing a cute little bite sized appetizer that I can pick up with my very fingers in one exact portion instead of the big dips or something I need to scoop, or cut and place in my plate. Those tend to look ugly when served. Well, since I am always on the lookout for new good bite-sized recipes, I pin them on my Pinterest boards every time I come across one that looks good.
I may not have a party anytime soon or anything where I would need a good appetizer, but I save it, because next thing I know, I will have three back to back and I will need three new recipes. Well, that day came a few weeks ago and I had the perfect recipe stored away for a kid’s Circus themed party.
