As a young girl, I can distinctly remember my grandma making her famous rice puddings.
Grandma had all kinds of recipes for rice pudding. some of them were served cold while others were served hot and bubbling in a casserole dish. Grandma would make pink rice pudding and others that looked pastel green and contained tiny marshmallows inside.
My favorite rice pudding that she would make, and taught me how to make, was pineapple. Oh, was this ever good! Grandma’s pineapple rice pudding was a cold version of the dessert and served in small bowls, however, grandma saved a special sundae glass for me to enjoy my rice pudding out of because I helped her make it! Grandma was such a peach!
I came across this recipe for Glorified Rice Pudding on Facebook and it instantly won over my heart. What is your favorite way to make rice pudding? Tell me in the comments 🙂
